Job Description

Seculert is looking for an outstanding Big Data developer for its Machine Learning group, the core of a cloud-based cybersecurity analytical service used by some of the largest organizations in the world.

Responsibilities

  • • Work with peers to combine cutting-edge technologies for big data in the cloud with analytical techniques developed in house.

    • Explore and introduce new analytical capabilities to identify cyber security attacks

Requirements

  • • B.Sc. in Computer Science or related fields. M.Sc. is an advantage

    • Strong coding experience with Java or Python  (3-5 years)

    • Backend development experience

    • Experience with distributed computing such as EMR or Spark – an advantage

    • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

    • Experience in machine learning or data mining related development – an advantage

    • Works well both independently and as a part of a team

Java Expert

Title: Java Expert

Job Description

Seculert is looking for a passionate, code loving Java Expert, to join its back-end development team. The team is responsible for design, architecture and coding the next generation of Seculert’s platform, using machine learning and big data technologies, for detecting cyber criminal activity.

Responsibilities

  • • Taking a leading role in architecting and development of Seculert’s backend, using cutting edge technologies

    • Design and build high throughput and big data analysis components that will take the company to the next level

    • Strong problem solving and coding skills

    • Write new methods and algorithms for cyber criminal activity detection

    • Mentor and advise team members on their daily work

    • Work in an agile development methodology

Requirements

  • • 5+ Years of Java/J2EE and OOP experience

    • Experience with Spring, Spring MVC, JDBC/Hibernate, Tomcat

    • Design and optimization of databases queries, MySQL internals

    • Linux OS environment – a must

    • Degree in computer science or equivalent education from the army

    • Team player, hard worker, quick learner, independent and loves challenges

Advantages

  • • Working with AWS (S3,EMR,EC2,RDS)

    • Experience with the following Map Reduce ecosystems: Hadoop, Spark, Hive

Title: Malware Researcher/Reverse Engineer

Job Description

Seculert is looking for an outstanding Reverse Engineer for its Research Lab. The team is responsible for analyzing active threats on the company’s customers and identify new detection methods.

Responsibilities

  • • Analyze malicious code

    • Document and deliver results as reports, presentations, and/or technical exchanges

    • Design, prototype, document, and develop malicious code analysis methods and tools

    • Identify high impact, complex active and emerging security threats

    • Work in an agile development methodology

Requirements

• Two years of experience with, or substantial knowledge in the following areas:

  • • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g. C++, Java,C, PHP, Assembly, etc.)

    • Core internet protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, etc.)

    • Reverse engineering, including hands on experience with IDA Pro, OllyDbg, WinDbg – A Must

    • Analysis of malicious code – Major advantage

Full Stack Developer

Title: Full stack developer

Job Description

Seculert is looking for a an experienced full stack developer for its applications team. The team is responsible to develop web applications for customers and for in-house users, integration with external SIEMs and data services for other teams.

Responsibilities

  • • Take an active role in designing and building state of the art, high grade class, Portal for customers

    • Design and develop web applications and APIs for customers

    • Work on improving quality and performance of existing components to maximize platform’s abilities

    • Work in an agile development methodology

Requirements

  • • 5+ years of Java/.NET experience

    • Extensive experience in web Technologies: Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS, AJAX

    • Experience with web services (IIS/Tomcat)

    • Experience working with databases (MySQL, MS SQL)

    • Degree in computer science or equivalent education from the army

    • Smart, creative, hard worker, quick learner & team player

Advantages

  • • Experience working with open source javascript libraries: AngularJS, ExtJS, Polymer, Node.js, Bootstrap, Knockout JS, Backbone, etc

    • Experience working with build tools (Gulp, maven, etc.)
